These terms apply to Net Worth Forecast, operated by EYSK Software. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

A simulation tool

The service provides asset forecasts and financial simulations for educational and planning purposes. It is free to use and requires no account. It is not investment advice, financial-product recommendations, tax advice, or a professional financial planning service. No adviser–client relationship is created.

Assumptions and limitations

Results depend on the values and assumptions you enter, including returns, market cycles, inflation, income, expenses, contributions, and loan balances. Models simplify real life and may omit taxes, fees, changing payment schedules, market conditions, or other factors. Case Study figures are illustrative examples.

We do not guarantee future returns, asset values, accuracy, or any particular outcome. Historical market information does not predict future performance. You are responsible for reviewing assumptions and results and for your own financial and investment decisions. Seek qualified advice when appropriate.

Your inputs and appropriate use

Use nicknames and avoid entering sensitive identifiers. You retain your rights in your own inputs. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or infringe others’ rights. The service does not execute transactions or connect to financial accounts.

Simulation inputs are kept in your browser as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not provide server backups of those inputs and cannot recover them after browser data is lost.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on forecasts, investment decisions, interruptions, or loss of locally stored data. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Links to third-party sources do not constitute endorsement. Their content and terms are their responsibility. If advertising is introduced, an ad will not constitute a financial recommendation by EYSK Software.
